Two Clear Options

When reviewing my rates, you’ll see two pricing structures:

Option 1: Photography + Curated Album

You receive professional coverage and a thoughtfully designed wedding album that tells the complete story of your day.

Option 2: Photography + Full Image Release (No Album)

You receive your full set of unedited images and have the freedom to edit, print, and design your own album.

Step One: Straightforward Pricing

Most couples don’t see the full scope of what goes into wedding photography:

Pre-wedding preparation and planning
Coordinating timelines
Professional equipment and backups
Capturing the wedding day
Image selection and professional editing
Album design and production

All of that work is built into a flat rate for a clearly defined block of time.

You are paying for focused, professional coverage — not fluff, not unnecessary extras. When I’m there, I’m working. My priority is capturing your day with efficiency and expertise.

Step Two: A Streamlined Process-Album or Images

Photography + Album Option:

You’re hiring a professional to document one of the most important days of your life. That includes more than just pressing the shutter.

It includes:

Identifying the moments that matter
Selecting the strongest images
Editing them to tell a cohesive story
Delivering a finished product that reflects the quality of the day

As the photographer, I curate the final collection. I know which images are good, which are great, and which truly represent your wedding story. Like any professional, I only deliver work that meets my standards.

Depending on the package you choose, I design your wedding album to reflect the time you booked — creating a balanced story based on your coverage.

If that approach doesn’t fit your preference, there is another option.

Photography + Images Option:

You’re hiring a photographer to document one of the most important days of your life. With this option, you’ve decided that you want full control of your images.

Most photographers do not release every file they capture. It is standard practice to remove images that are out of focus, test shots, duplicates, or otherwise not representative of professional quality. Typically, photographers curate and deliver only their selected final collection.

With the Full Image Release option, you receive all captured images from your wedding day. This allows you complete control over:

Which images you keep
Which images you print
How many prints you produce
How your images are edited and styled
How your album is designed

You see everything. You make the selections. You determine the final presentation.

Your day. Your story. Your way.

Understanding the Pricing Difference

In the photography industry, a significant portion of revenue traditionally comes from album design, print sales, wall art, and other image-based products after the wedding.

When I sell digital files with full release, I give up all future income those images could potentially generate through additional products and services.

For that reason, the Photography + Full Image Release option is priced higher than the Photography + Album option. However, even at that higher rate, it remains only a fraction of the total revenue those images could generate over time through traditional post-wedding sales.

This structure allows you to choose what matters most:

Or full control over your images and how they are used

Either way, the goal remains the same — professional coverage and a clear, simple process.

Please review the following policies carefully before purchasing wedding photography services.

Payment Policy

Wedding photography must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Partial payments are not accepted.
Your wedding date will not be reserved or held without full payment.

Refund Policy

A 72-hour refund period applies from the time of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of payment.
After 72 hours, all payments are non-refundable.
Should event be 10 days or less from time of purchase, no refund under any circumstances will be granted.

Photography Time Policy

Photography time begins at the moment the photographer presses the shutter for the first image.
Photography coverage ends exactly at the time purchased.
Time purchased is measured as a continuous block.

Important Clarifications:

Wedding delays (ceremony delays, late arrivals, extended formals, reception schedule changes, etc.) are the responsibility of the bride and groom and count against the purchased photography time.
Photography time cannot be divided into multiple sessions.
- Example: 2 hours for ceremony, 1-hour break, then 2 hours for reception — not permitted.
Time must be used as one continuous, uninterrupted block. No exceptions.

Direction & Authority

The photographer takes creative and logistical direction only from the Bride, Groom, or designated Wedding Planner.
Requests or instructions from guests, family members, or other vendors will not be followed.

Professional Conduct Policy

The photographer is a professional providing professional services.

Respectful and civil conduct is required at all times.
Rude, disrespectful, demeaning, impolite, uncivil, discourteous, or ill-mannered comments or actions directed toward the photographer will not be tolerated.

Conduct Enforcement:

Upon a first offense, the Bride, Groom, or Wedding Planner will be notified.
Upon a second offense, photography services will immediately cease and the photographer will leave the event.
No refunds or discounts will be issued if services are terminated due to conduct violations.

These policies exist to ensure clarity, fairness, and a professional working environment so that the focus remains where it belongs — on capturing your wedding day properly and efficiently.
